CNY: noma

For three days, the iconic Copenhagen restaurant, noma, took over Centurion New York for an exclusive dining experience rarely found outside its home city. Centurion Members were invited to an intimate evening of dining, where noma presented a seasonal tasting menu.

As Design Director, I led the creative vision for the experience from initial concept through final execution, shaping every aspect of the environment in close collaboration with partners and artisans. The design thoughtfully merged noma’s organic, nature-driven aesthetic with the modern architecture of the Centurion New York space, creating a quiet tension between the two. Raw materials, foraged elements, and a restrained, neutral palette were layered throughout, referencing noma’s distinct visual language while remaining grounded in the existing environment.

The result was an immersive, deeply considered experience that balanced refinement with a strong sense of place.
